1Acceptance of Terms

By visiting foodpackaging.pk, requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean foodpackaging.pk. “You” and “customer” mean the person or business placing an order.

2Products and Pricing

• We try to show product details, sizes and images accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen or after printing.
• Prices depend on product, size, material, quantity, printing and finishing.
• Prices on the website or in a quote may change with raw material costs. The price in your confirmed quote is the price you pay.
• Quotes are valid for the period written in the quote. If none is written, treat it as 7 days.

3Orders and Quotations

An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing (WhatsApp, email or phone) and receive the required payment.

• Give us correct product, size, quantity, colours and delivery address.
• Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ). We tell you the MOQ in your quote.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the information is wrong, the item is unavailable or the content is illegal or offensive.

4Custom Printing and Artwork

• You must send clear, high-resolution artwork. Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) give the best result.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image, name and text you send us.
• Small colour differences between screen, mockup and final print are normal in printing. Slight variation in size and alignment (usually within a few millimetres) is also normal.
• If you ask us to design the artwork, the final design must be approved by you before printing.

5Mockup Approval

We send a free digital mockup for custom printed orders. Production starts only after you approve it in writing, for example by a WhatsApp message saying “approved”.

Once you approve the mockup, changes are not possible and the order cannot be reprinted free of charge.

6Payment

• We accept bank transfer, online payment apps and, for selected orders, cash on delivery. Available methods are confirmed in your quote.
• Custom printed orders normally need an advance payment before production begins. The balance is paid before dispatch or on delivery, as agreed.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Please send us a clear payment screenshot or receipt so we can confirm it quickly.
• We may hold dispatch until all payments due are received.

7Delivery and Shipping

• We deliver across Pakistan through courier and transport partners.
• Delivery times in quotes are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or events beyond our control are not our fault.
• Delivery charges depend on weight, size and city, and are shown in your quote.
• Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, take photos or a video before or while opening it and contact us within 48 hours.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the courier delivers the parcel to your address.

8Cancellation and Changes

• Before production: you can cancel or change an order. Any design or handling work already done may be charged.
• After production starts: custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed, because the items are made specially for you.
• Stock (non-printed) items can be cancelled before dispatch.
• We may cancel an order if we cannot make or deliver it. In that case we refund any money you paid for it.

9Returns and Refunds

Because custom products are made for your brand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered or approved-artwork mistakes.

We will repair, replace or refund (our choice, based on the case) if:

• the goods arrive damaged and you report it within 48 hours with photos or video,
• the product is clearly different from what you approved, or
• there is a clear manufacturing fault.

Approved refunds are sent to the same account you paid from, normally within 7 to 10 working days.

10Food Safety and Use

• Our packaging is made with food-safe materials and inks and is intended for the use described for each product.
• Check suitability for your food. For example, aluminum foil containers are not microwave safe, and some paper products are not made for very hot liquids or long storage.
• Store packaging in a clean, dry place away from strong smells and moisture.
• You are responsible for how you use, fill and store the packaging, and for following local food laws.

11Intellectual Property

All content on foodpackaging.pk, including text, images, designs and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Your logo and artwork remain yours. You allow us to use them only to make your order. We may show finished work in our gallery or social media unless you tell us not to.

12Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods you ordered. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost sales or damage to your reputation.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Pakistani consumer law that cannot be excluded.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top. An order is covered by the terms in force on the day you placed it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if not resolved, will go to the courts of Pakistan.
